Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Ben Tre.
The guide will pick you up from the hotel in Sai Gon. After tight your luggage on the back rack of the bike, we will get out of the city on busy traffic roads.
We will take a break at hammocks cafe rest stop. You can order a cup of coffee or fruit juice. after that, we will get out of the highway and roll on small roads through the villages under the shade of coconuts trees.
Stop over sometime to learn about the tropical fruits which is grown in Mekong Delta, or stop over to see how the local people breeding fish in fish farms.
We will arrive to My Tho - a lovely city on upper river( song Tien). after let you walk through the local market to see how the local people trading goods, the guide will take you to an ancient pagoda - Vinh Trang.
After visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, we will go back to My Tho City for lunch, the typical dishes here will be Com Tam( the broken rice with grilled pork chops or chicken, sausage and pickled vegetable) or Hu Tieu( the dry rice noodle soup).
After lunch, we will ride across the longest suspension bridge of Mekong Delta - Rach Mieu.
Getting off the main road to Thoi Son islands, you will take a walk along the river to family who make coconut candy. the guide will show you step by step how is the coconut candy made, keep walking to another village to jump on a “Sam Pan” and cruise along the canals under the shade of water coconuts. it's a great time for you to take some shots and learn more how the local people transit goods as well as the main transport to go around in Mekong Delta.

Day 2: Ben Tre (My Tho) - Cao Lanh City.
After breakfast, we are going to Dong Thap Province, in which close to Cambodia and it own some birds sanctuaries and everlasting rice paddy fields.
keep going on the villages roads along the canals and rivers, on the way, you will see daily life of local people, harvesting rice, coconut peeling, catch fish in the rivers or fish farms, growing vegetables and mushrooms, stop over in some place that the local people harvesting fruits such as orange, jack fruits, grape fruits, mango, water melon… and we can buy and try the fresh fruits right there.
Then, we going to Gao giong natural reserve, where you can sit on a small sam pan and row deep to the birds sanctuary and watch hundred different kind of birds.
Going back to the parking before it get dark then ride to Cao Lanh City, check in and dining out in town.
Day 3: Cao Lanh - Ho Chi Minh City.
In the last day of the trip, you will have a chance to admire the beauty of the lotus flowers as well as its milk. Further more, we will see the frog farms, pineapple farms, as well as try the honey that the local people harvest from the Acacia forest.
Arriving to HCMC around 5:00 PM, drop off at the hotel and say goodbye. See you next trip.
